2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- i want to be leader of lspd beacuse i was in lspd for too much time i gained a lot of experience and showed a lot of activity every time i was inside any term of lspd leaders of them begged me to stay in their terms start to end so they can use my abilities and activity for all events and every term i joined i learned much new things and gained much more experience i also learned from the leaders experiences its my time to lead i think
-I got nice bonus systems in my mind with new bonus systems towie to task force operative everyone gonna keep towing everyday all off my members will be enthusiastic for having bonuses and rank ups and we will be very active we gonna know any bird flying inside our jurisdiction criminals will be aware of entering our jurisdiction and they will be scared from lspd and they will do all hostages and store robberys out of jurisdiction
-i will be in touch with all of my departments and ill help all of them with their jobs im experienced with all departments before i was hc of swat/hc of undercover/Dhod of hr/hod of pr/hc of ia/hc of te i will make changes on systems of department and make their jobs easier When I was in LSPD I saw Very favoritism and Some people was getting high ranks without proofs and activity in the term so I will make sure no favoritism will done in my term and The person will get Their rank according to interview and experience
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-I will make sure that everyone carries out their duties with honour, courage, and respect to all citizens and individuals in the community. Each member of the LSPD will conduct his/herself with uncompromising honesty, ethics, and trustworthiness in all situations dealing with the citizens and other organisations. Every member of the LSPD is held to a high level of accountability not only to the public but ourselves and pledges thoroughness and proper administration of duties through our training provided to law enforcement staff. We will continually improve to better serve our Citizens.
-I will be a present and active leader, not just some name at the top. I seek to build a sense of accountability, professionalism, and fairness in the LSPD. I will lead by example, reward high-quality roleplay and discipline, and I will build a team of officers that the citizens and the legal organizations can truly respect and count on.
-As one of the main problems in the LSPD is a lack of numbers, I will change it. As I am very well known in the city, I will use it and do lots of statewide government announcements in the main group and all times of the hiring process, and I will make it cool because I find most people don't join because they think it's boring.
