2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 During my time in this city, I have witnessed the LSPD go through both successes and failures, term after term. My objective is to promote a greater comprehension of roleplay in the community and within the LSPD. Whether it's more presence at night or a greater sense of professionalism in every encounter, there will be noticeable gains for both residents and law enforcement personnel.
I've seen instances where officers have behaved impolitely toward people, and I'm determined to stop that. Building a department that the community can rely on and respect—one that sets a higher bar and continuously meets it—is my main goal.
2.2 My organization will not tolerate favoritism. No rank should be given out because of connections or family ties; instead, it must be earned with commitment, professionalism, and steady work. Leadership roles entail responsibilities, thus I only choose those who have demonstrated their abilities, either via prior tenure or through diligence I have directly witnessed.
My deputies and I will conduct a thorough investigation if there is any indication of bias. There are two probable outcomes: either both parties will be dismissed from the department or they will receive a strike and be placed under observation. Holding everyone equally accountable is the first step in creating an LSPD that is just, orderly, and reliable.
2.3 Putting together the most competent and committed HRT team is one of my main goals. HRT is an essential component of any department, handling everything from hiring to training, and it is crucial in making sure that all new officers maintain the standards and professionalism required by the LSPD. I know what it's like to start from scratch.
Internal Affairs will continue to be a vital and active division in order to maintain openness and thwart corruption. Nobody is exempt from the law. In line with LSPD policy and the law, anyone found to be involved in corrupt activities will be subject to the proper disciplinary action. Under my direction, accountability, honesty, and cohesion will characterize this department.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 I have always attempted to incorporate EMS in some fashion, and I intend to do it once again because doing so will raise the RP. We either take the captives to EMS following hostage situations or we merely do weekly health checkups.
3.2 S.W.A.T: In order to expand our skill set, I intend to have them participate in collaborative trainings with other organizations. To make sure we have the best strategies for every scenario, I will also ask them to collaborate closely with other organizations.
3.3 Although I don't often see it done, I want LI to be a part of my organization as well. I think this city should be more informed about the work that LEOs perform and how they operate. Why not allow LI inside to gain a greater perspective on Leo's? Everything you see on the news is the result of what has transpired, and this will provide me a lot more role-playing that I would really like to apply and see even when my terms are over.
3.4 PR will be crucial to building relationships with the city's residents, but I will also participate in a number of inter-organizational events, such as the most rows in a week.
3.5 In order to keep the streets clean, I shall have a towie on them all day long. Giving penalties and removing illegally parked cars will make the RP experience more engaging.
