2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) To help save lives efficiently
Because its important for players to be up and alive as fast as possible so that they're able to do whatever it is they are doing.
2) To help bring a more stable experience within the EMS
Because I have heard rumours of the EMS being slow/inefficient towards helping downed players. I want to change this so that theres no more slacking. Any slacking from any of my EMS officers and there will be punishments, the worst being they get fired (if they have had several counts of not being efficient)
3) Leadership skills + communication skills
Because in other games/other servers/real life I have gained really good leadership and communication skills which I believe are two of the best skills to have for a role such as the leader of the EMS.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will host meetings once or twice a week IC with my EMS officers, discuss everything thats happened in the time period before the meeting has taken place, what we can do to improve and expand on. Discuss what needs to be changed to better our efficiency in helping people go from down to up.
