2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
2.1 EMS is the Backbone of the city as it provides all kinds of medical services to our citizen and EMS plays a vital role in events such as subs, Aircraft carrier, Bank robbery and hostage situation to provide adrenaline shot. In order to process everything smoothly EMS requires a leader who is active and encourages its team to do the same. If I am selected as Chief of EMS, I promise to lead the division with professionalism and consistency .
2.2 . I am a fair person and will not tolerate any kind of corruption as I believe in equality and everyone should get a fair chance. I have seen many situations where undeserving candidates are sold ranks and those who really work hard .
2.3 With the help of my experience and my connections, I can make many changes in EMS and I have also learnt a lot of new things in different terms and have worked in different positions like EMS Chief, deputy chief, chief of operation and so on and because of that experience I can make EMS better.
2.4 In my previous term, we started many new works like blood donation camps and different types of surgery, so I want to take those things further. Apart from this, I will also try to introduce new things in can make the sessions more interactive and fun.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I will try to improve RP by organizing campaigns like blood donation camps and we will also organize a speech for citizens on how to maintain good health and how to become a healthy individual. We will also organize a free complete physical health check-up camp.
3.2 We will work well inside the organization, and all lobbies and calls will be covered, to supervise them, there will always be 2 High Commands, and they will attend events like BANK,SUBS, ACC and other unscripted events, and labtech work will also be done well.
3.3 Firstly I will make a good and very active FTO department so that they give training as soon as possible to the new comers. I will make FTO department active by giving them a huge amount of bonus and an additional bonus for doing mass training.
3.4 And Last I will organize a promotion ceremony every week for our employees and also I will give some promotions throughout the week as well because many people do a very good hard work in day and night so they diserve on the spot promotion as well.
