Additional Information
Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
After spending a significant amount of time in RP life, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how the server works — both on the surface and behind the scenes. I want to become an admin because I’m passionate about maintaining fairness, improving player experience, and helping new or struggling players enjoy the server without frustration. I believe that shifting from being a character in the city to someone who helps manage and support it is the natural next step for me.I’ve played various roles in RP — from law enforcement to legal RP and even some civilian business setups — so I’ve seen the struggles players face, including bugs, rule breaks, and misunderstandings. I want to contribute to a cleaner, more supportive, and enjoyable environment where players know the staff is active and truly cares about fairness and fun.
What are your strengths?
Calm under pressure: I don’t get emotional when things get tense, and I know how to de-escalate heated situations professionally.Strong communication: I can explain rules clearly and respectfully, even to frustrated players.
Knowledge of rules: Having spent time on both sides of the law in RP, I deeply understand both crime and state rule frameworks.
Leadership: I’ve led organizations in RP and understand responsibility and accountability.
Dedication: I’m consistently active and always looking to help, even outside my own RP zone.
What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes take things too seriously especially when someone is intentionally ruining others’ fun which can make me a bit strict in some situations. However, I’ve learned to balance fairness and firmness by focusing on the rules and always hearing both sides of the story. Also, I occasionally overextend myself trying to help too many people at once, but I’m learning to manage that better with proper time focus.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Fluent communication across multiple languages (good for helping non-English-speaking players)Strong understanding of in-game systems, factions, commands, and rules
A player-first mindset: I understand how it feels to be on the receiving end of poor admin service and I aim to do better
Technical knowledge of game mechanics, which helps in investigating issues more efficiently
