First off they were communicating in a fl, i guess it was turkish. So Gr 3.3 and possible Gr3.1
127867 came and started shooting his friend to mercy kill him out of cuffs. He even tried to finish him but i neutralised him before that.
118540 did the same and tried to mk. I guess they were all metagaming or else how would they know the location we were stuck at. Then unfortunately ems patched him up before i cuffed him and i had to gun him down again before he attempts to kill anyone else. Then when i approached him to cuff him he did CL.
