Hello Admin,
I have involved in account ban for cheating, however I am not involved in to cheating. When the incident happened I was facing network issue, due to which network was fluctuating between router and personal hotspot. And the same situation was not in my hand and was a technical issue regarding network which was unavoidable. Unfortunately I was not able to record my pov, due to storage issue into my system. And when incident happened Yaswanth came to that situation and ban me directly, without asking what went wrong neither he checked my PC. If Yashwanth would have checked my PC at the same time of the iccident happed which was so called cheating would have turn into different conclusion. I request you to unban my account, and I did not involved in cheating. I am grateful to provide access to my system for PC check if required. Please consider my request and let me have access to game and enjoy it with my friends with healty and fair gameplay.
