Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize to the admin team for my earlier complaint where I wrongly cited GR 6.3 (warehouse theft). That rule did not apply to my situation, and I appreciate the time the staff took to review it. I am now resubmitting this complaint with the correct rule references and full explanation of the events.
On July 17th, 2025 at 16:57, I (Skite_Jeff – ID: 102725) was blacklisted from the Ballas organization by the leader (ID: 124763). At the time, I was holding the 9th rank and had only just been added to the org that same day. Despite participating in 2–3 events and following all protocols, I was blacklisted suddenly and without warning.
There was:
- No roleplay confrontation
- No investigation or RP communication
- No valid reason provided
- No CSC note shown
- And most importantly, **no bodycam or POV from the leader** to justify his decision
Instead, some third-party players tried to justify the blacklist using unrelated and out-of-context screenshots. One of those screenshots shows me saying **“STOP”**, which has been misrepresented. That message was used **in-character** as part of RP to de-escalate a situation. It was not OOC, toxic, or abusive. Taking that message out of context and using it to support a blacklist is completely unfair.
As per **Leader Rule 1.7**, a leader must have **senior curator approval** and **valid RP grounds** to dismiss or blacklist a member. In this case, neither was followed. This is a clear example of **power abuse**, **powergaming**, and **non-RP behavior**.
But that’s not where it ends.
After I was removed, the issue was raised — and I was brought back into the org by another high-ranking member. Once I rejoined, I simply asked whether I could have my previous rank back — **a completely fair and respectful question**, considering I had already held rank 9 and had done nothing wrong.
Instead of responding professionally or through RP, the same leader **blacklisted me again**, this time simply for asking about my own rank — which was rightfully mine. There was again **no RP reasoning, no curator involvement, and no justification**. This was clearly a **personal decision**, not one based on any RP event or misconduct.
At this point, it is evident that the leader:
- Is abusing their power for personal reasons
- Is blacklisting players without RP or evidence
-Is ignoring server rules, curator authority, and fair treatment
This violates:
• **Leader Rule 1.7** – Blacklisting without senior curator approval
• **Powergaming** – Forcing removal without RP, ignoring player interaction
• **Non-RP Behavior** – No RP process followed before or after blacklist
• **Toxicity / Personal Bias** – Repeated removal for simply asking for fair treatment
I am requesting that the admin team please review this situation thoroughly. I have followed all RP protocols, remained respectful, and attempted to resolve this the proper way. I am simply asking for fairness — that those in leadership positions be held to the same standards of RP and accountability as every
