2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 As I was a deputy chief in Protyay Biswas term and after completing that term I got experience of total 13 terms in EMS. As I started my journey as a fresher and I love EMS. So as of now I want to become a leader of this organisation. So I can make this organisation on top.
2.2 I have a very good experience of this organisation for past more than 1.5 years only work in this organisation. And understand each and every fundamental of this organisation form the core. And as in find out the issue which I want to fix as leader. As I think good leader can make organisation better. But experience leader with leader quality can also put great impact on duty and delivery great experience to the organisation.
2.3 I was form FTO department and MD department is my address. And I as have management skills with multi tasking skills. Which was also very useful for me as my journey to management things. I want provide my experience and knowledge to my HC team so they can also serve to EMS in future and present. I want provide this city safety and health life with my dedication and hard.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I would like to improve the roleplay in surgery department which I see form few days not working well. I would like to improve the roleplay by guide your trainee if they want to experience a good roleplay I will guide them the process of how to handle the patient form accident situation to surgery processing. I want to enhance the roleplay. And also want to improve our FTO department, SH and PH duty shift system, I want to provide experience to new High command and employees so they can provide good quality to your patient. I wan to add on new surgery protocol. So our citizens can also participate in the activities.
3.2 I would like to make HR department more active so EMS can also have more employees And active my IA department so it will monitor every single employee who was working or not working. I will try my best to balance out each and every department. To do his best in every part of the term.
3.3 I will provide responsibility to my HC team to work together and maintain workaholic environment so employees can enjoy with the roleplay. And show great work ethic and department growth in every aspect.
