Approved UB Demands + GR 6.6 + PG + Fail RP (Talking while Dead) | 105569, 59273

ID 59273 gave me UB demands by counting it fast and when I knocked him down and went to ID 105569, he abused the GR6.6 by continuously and even did PG as he had his gun in his hands when he was eating, he didn't put his gun back inside and when I went to ID 59273, he said "nice good job" this was related to RP but he used non-RP which don't makes any sense to use non-RP chat at that time. The message was connected to RP, so I think even though he used non-RP chat, it was Fail RP.
