I am facing an issue regarding my main account, which was banned over 8 months ago for violating rule GR1.4. The ID of my main account is ID 14348 And my only twink account is: ID 23589
I would like to clarify that I had been traveling abroad for work during this period and was not using any of my accounts. Someone contacted me during that time, claiming I was online playing, but I had not logged in or played at all.
I assure you that I do not own any other accounts besides the two mentioned above (14348 and 23589), and I kindly ask you to reconsider the ban decision. I’m fully willing to cooperate and resolve any misunderstanding.
