Dear Admin,
as seen in the Situation that Me & 2 other Officers enter the Ghetto where all of us were HC's i.e. Special Officers Go to attend an ATM robbery. where he was afk and wasn't responding. so i cuffed to identify him and check if he was wanted by the state ( where both my colleagues were aiming gun at his head). while was checking him through the PDA, he ran even though he was held at gun point which is clearly a sign of Fail RP by breaking the rule of Fear RP.
