Here is the POV I submitted for the DM report:

This was only meant to report a DM rule break. I did not realize my death effect didn’t show due to a bug or glitch, not any cheat or software. I respect the rules of the server and have never tried to gain an unfair advantage. I kindly request you to review the video and reconsider my punishment, as this may have been a technical issue rather than a violation of GR 4.1.
Please consider this as a genuine mistake, and allow me a second chance. I am committed to clean gameplay going forward and will always follow server rules 100%.
