Rejected ID 139: DM

Firstly, thank you to whoever takes this report.

As can be seen from the video 139 punched me without any prior interaction. When he runs up for the second time (as if he wanted to take another shot) I withdrew my gun. I didn't aim it or shoot, just started to walk away with the gun in my hand. 139 then shoots and injures me.

I doubt the initial punch was a mis-click as from what you can see in the beginning of the video he killed, what looks like, a new player (of course I don't know what led up to that event). Even if it was a mc I don't believe he has a justifiable RP reason to start shooting at me just because I withdrew my gun.

Also, I think after this I might visit the arena and work on my aim

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.​

• A single punch is not considered DM and secondly, ID 139 pulled out his gun after your holster initiation making the situation more self defensive.
• ID 139 will not receive a punishment for DM.
