Additional information
1. Leader of San andreas highway patrol
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1. Long-Term Dedication and Complete Departmental Experience
LEO orgs has been the big thing for me in the city. the first LEO organization i ever joined and did a full term on i think was SAHP, and over the years, I’ve dedicated myself fully to it . During that time, I’ve worked my way up and proudly served as High Command in multiple different departments including SWAT,, IA, HRT, HWP and UC when that was a thing in SAHP. This hands-on experience in these departments has helped me understand not only how each of them functions individually but also how they can work together as one strong and efficient team. I believe this deep knowledge makes me fully prepared to lead SAHP from the top.

2.2. Fixing Favoritism and Creating a Fair Work Culture
One of the biggest issues Ive witnessed in many legal organizations including SAHP is favoritism, lack of respect for lower-ranked officers and HC power abusing. Officers sometimes get promoted based on personal connections or fake proofs, while more deserving candidates are ignored or thrown under the buss leading to loss of motivation towards the organization. If I become leader, I will refuse ANY SORT of favoritism and make sure that every rank and reward is earned through dedication, RP quality, and teamwork. I will also set a standard for respectful communication between High Command and junior ranks, so every officer feels valued and supported.

2.3. Department Activation and Training Overhaul
Departments like HRT and PR are often overlooked or inactive during many terms, and that directly affects the entire organization's performance. If I become leader, I will ensure that HRT is active around the clock, regularly holding open recruitments and providing high-quality, peronal training and scenario-based training to that prepares new officers for real RP situations. I’ll also make sure PR runs engaging events, showing civilians a new and positive side of SAHP. Promotions and rank-ups will be tied strictly to performance, leadership, and behavior, not seniority or favoritism giving every officer a clear path to success.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First, I'd work on communicating better with the other LEOs leaders to be able to coordinate better if we're entering into events make out plans for different type of events before they happen

In addition, I will also ensure PR is peaking during this term by appointing officers with experience to host public events which involve citizens and builds the interaction of the community.

Traffic Enforcement will be a focus I will have highways manned and officers trained to execute safe traffic stops.

Weekly leadership sessions to collect feedback and make improvements to our RP quality internally. Lastly, I'll set up a system whereby hard-working officers will not go unrecognized, promoting fairness, motivation and RP on a high standard within the department.
.
1. SWAT {Special Weapons And Tactics}
SWAT is a specialized tactical unit within SAHP that responds to high-risk situations beyond the capability of regular law enforcement officers. Their primary role is to neutralize dangerous threats such as heavily armed criminals, gang activity, and hostage sits. SWAT members are trained to tactics and are utilized with weapons and gear that are restricted to their unit only. Their presence ensures public safety during the most critical and dangerous sits.

2. PR {Public Relation}
The PR team is responsible for organizing fun and engaging events for the citizens of Los Santos. Their main goal is to interact with the community in creative ways and build a positive image for SAHP. They plan and lead different types of events to connect with civilians and keep them involved with the organization.
3. HRT {Human Resources and training}
HRT plays one of the most important roles in the organization. Their main responsibilities include recruiting new officers, conducting interviews, and providing proper training. They make sure every new member understands the rules, procedures, and standards of SAHP before starting their duties.

4. IA {Internal Affairs}
Internal Affairs is a crucial department responsible for maintaining discipline and integrity within the organization. Their main task is to investigate suspicious behavior, handle internal complaints, and deal with cases involving possible corruption or rule violations. IA ensures that all officers follow the rules and that the organization stays professional and clean from any misconduct.
5 TE {Traffic enforcement}
Traffic Enforcement is a key department in SAHP focused on keeping the roads and highways safe. Their main duties include removing illegally parked vehicles, issuing fines, and towing when necessary. They also patrol highways to watch for criminal activity, ensuring that traffic laws are followed and public roads stay clear and secure.
