Approved Racism + Trolling (GR 6.2) + UB Demands | 466538 + 4824

Hello guys so we were transporting a 10-15 and we encountered this rule breaks:
At time stamp 0:10 you can clearly hear ID 4824 giving me pull over demands in city also being alone in one car.
At time stamp 0:44 you can clearly see ID 466538 trolling and insulting people based on their accent
At time stamp 01:13 again ID 4824 giving demands that too in a green zone.
At time stamp 03:43 ID 466538 Doing ear rape again.
In full bodycam you can see how ID 466538 is trolling and refusing to do RP.

loool how were you an admin on any server. You have my friend arrested in your car-... I followed you and told you to stop trying to arrest him and I eventually gave up an drove away. I never told you to "pull over" and if I did there's nothing wrong with it either. It's a roleplay server guy. You're arresting my friend so I chased after you to try and stop it. By your logic I'm not allowed to do anything in this situation, but that's because you don't interpret the rules the correct way when you read them.
