2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- i. San Andreas Highway Patrol is an important aspect to keeping paleto and the highways safe from whatever it may come across. I have saw favoritism take over this ORG at times and I will not show any type of favoritism. Ranks will be dependent on past experiences over anything, If anyone makes a mistake in any capacity I will issue punishments no matter who you are. I also understand we all make mistakes so depending on the variety of the situation will be dependent on the punishment. To add on I will lead SAHP to the best of my ability. I think I have more than enough experience to lead SAHP.
- ii. During many terms of all different orgs, I notice that there is a common theme with them all. Time zone issues. The activity levels always seem low at night time and it's my mission to make sure SAHP have good numbers all throughout the day and night. Open recruitment is always great, but I think if there was PR at the recruitment drives, or vice versa, the recruiters at PR events, we can show the city of Los Santos that we are all about the people as well as keeping the org thriving.
- ii. I have prior experience as LSPD SAHP HC in city 1/2. I also have experience within other orgs and gangs to better my understanding of the city/server.
- iv. I have a firm belief that I can run this department the way it should be. I have taken notes from being HC and from those before me to improve the training and department as a whole.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- i. In my term we will have the least toxic environment SAHP has er seen, I will bring in the unique family feeling for SAHP. The units with feel like family to each other rather than enemy's competing for ranks. when having a happy atmosphere everything will run a whole lot better.
- ii. I had most LEOs experience and learnings in SAHP if it about anything Departments like PR, SWAT, HWY, IA, HRT i explored more orgs but my connection with SAHP was on a another level i always wanted to lead a
organization like SAHP and use my learning and skills that i got from my experience to run a perfect term
- iii. I will ensure all make departments uphold good roleplay in all departments of SAHP as follows,
Departments
Internal Affairs. (IA)
Internal Affairs is always a priority in every organization . IAs job is will job is to ensure officers are held accountable for miscues when they are on duty no matter how small they may seem the mistake is. This will allow for accountability of all actions and create strong officers who are willing to work on their mistakes so they can be great officers. When officers are corrected it allows for them to grow and mature within the org along with growing within the city. As leaders we all want to make sure that everyone is treated fairly and gets a chance to grow under our leadership. This department will consist of veterans along with highly trained District Attorneys to also help our department to carry our punishments of officers in question. IA will ensure that everyone has active licenses to be on duty along. This will carried out in two checks a week minimum. Activity checks will be carried out regularly to ensure all units are active within the term.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)
The SWAT team will be a group of individually skilled and trained people who will work together to train and shape everyone in fighting fit shape. They will set up bi/tri-weekly training sessions and would include other organisations like NG, LSPD and potentially FIB if there was enough interest from all sides. The aim of the SWAT team will be to ensure everyone from trainee to commander have the skills and confidence to go in and fight with criminals in events, if trying to talk criminals down didn't work.
Human Resources and Training (HRT)
While HWP is the base of the organisation, HRT is what holds everything together. The foundation of the organisation. For me this department is most important as they are the people who are helping to shape trainees and probies into great troopers. My plan is to ensure there are at least 2 open recruitments a day (one at day and one at night) to ensure we find a range of people to cover all times of the day. This in turn should increase activity and will motivate people to want to stay in the org and learn more and even give them confidence to venture into different departments.
Public Relations (PR)
The PR team will play a huge role into more RP with the citizens of the city. Whether it be any kind of events or just keeping a positive outlook on life, I will appoint the best person I know as HOD of PR. I’d like to mention that I know how PR works as well as in NG and SAHP I did a lot with PR.
Highway Patrol (HWP)
Highway Patrol will be a focal point in SAHP. The goal for this department is to tow within the city, patrol the highways for people wreck less driving, and lastly to make sure everyone has insurance in the state of Los santos. This department is great for RP and creating opportunity for new officers to learn all the traffic code within the city. Highway patrol is key as it also creates a safe environment for all citizens and officers on the highway who may be attending traffic stops.
