2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be a leader of lspd because I want to help the citizens and I am an experienced and old player and I have knowledge of enough rules in the city. Also I have a very good experience in lspd, sahp, fib, ems, government and ng. So this experience will help ,me in becoming a good leader. When I joined lspd for the first time It was much hard for me. But slowly I learned each and every thing and how the lspd works. Then after my hard work I became high command and a very good officer. So this experience will help me out becoming a good leader.
- I have a very good skills that I will use in my term and these skills will help me out becoming good leader. These skills include hardworking, shooting skills, training skills. Also I am always ready to learn new and new things. I learn many new things from the employees that were lower in rank and also from my high commands. So these skills will help me out in becoming a good leader. By these skills my term will be very good going. I will prove this will be the one of the best term in lspd.
- I have a very good team. Also If I get the term I will choose all the employees in a good way. Everyone should get the rank what they deserve, so they will get it in my term which they deserve. Also I know how to deal the high pressure situation and tackle that situation in calm way. Also I will take care of full city that crime will not be tolerated in city. I don't like criminals, so they should be arrested.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Improving Towing: I will try my best to improve towing department and make sure they do more and more tows each day. I will also create and award system where the person who do most tows will be awarded.
- Improving Human Resource and Training: I will make sure this department will work in a good way and make sure that this department is active all day and night. Doing more and more recruitment drives and also doing more and more trainings.
- I will choose all my high commands including cos wisely. Because they should be well deserving and only well deserving people should get high command in my term.
- I will make sure that there should be no favouritism in my term. Only deserving person gets the rank. Also Will take care that all employees will be respectful among each other.
- Also giving promotions every week to each employee who works hard and deserve. So that they get motivated for the work they do.
DEPARTMENTS:
HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING (HRT): Do hiring new people, giving them logs and also training them.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Do bodycam checks, Do checks the licenses and also bgc checks.
SPECIAL WEAPON AND TACTICS(SWAT): Going to special events and also doing cannabis busts
PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR): They will do events and will have a good interaction with citizens
TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT (TE): They will do more and more tickets (fines) and also towing the illegal parked vehicles.
