2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. NG was my first organization in state side so its always different for me when it comes to NG. I also have lots of experience in all state organizations except EMS.
So to me its the time for taking the leadership of NG. Not only because i have the experience, because i want that position and i will lead it carefully when i get it.
2.2. I want to complete this term without any warnings or verbals, we will create a good and respectful team. With my good experience in state orgs im pretty sure that i will be able to create a good team for NG. Also in some terms it was visible that NG was delaying ammo run requests so we wont have such thing during my term. Even if they didnt sign the contract i made they will still get the ammunation as its stated in the IC legislation.
2.3. NG is the 2nd strongest organization after GOV in the server so its a responsibility when you look at it so i find myself ready for this position as i took multiple responsibilites at past. (AG,SCJ in GOV) and if both GOV and NG curators agree with it i find myself suitable for a martial law when GOV term ends till another GOVERNOR takes the office.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
When we look at terms of state orgs i saw lots of guys hired with criminal structure and bad knowledge of server rules. So i will create a good HR team that will hire people equally. I will make sure them to be trained and became ready for the organization duties. Also there will be physical training sessions which we will take new recruits to arena. Also there will be a tour of the military base in the training so everybody can know the locations of military base. As the leader i will specially check the HR team so there wont be any mistakes done. Also Military Police department will make checks just like the checks of GOV state inspection. All units will regroup at main barracks and everybody will checked, trunks will be checked also. Air Force team will organize weekly training session. Air Force units will learn how to fly aircrafts in these training sessions.
SANG DEPARTMENTS
Air Force - Special Team responsible from scouting around HQ with aircrafts and giving air support when needed.
Task Force 141 - This team will be looking after special operations (Hostage Situation, Store Robbery etc) and ghetto patrols.
Recruitment Representatives- This team will be hiring and training newcomers.
Military Police - Speacial Team for ensuring the profesionalism and security within the FZ base (checks units and patrols in FZ)
