I Have previous experience in legal organizations like LSPD and SAHP where I served as lul. This has helped me understand the chain of command, law enforcement procedures, and RP standards.
I have good management skills and I can handle pressured situations like FZ Raid and Store Robberies with strategic planning and calm decision-making.
I want to make LSPD a highly active and well-organized department by focusing on discipline, training, and professionalism while still maintaining fun and engaging RP.
3.Your advice for improving the roleplay level in Organization.
To follow professional RP during all operations. Radio communication will be clean, structured, and strictly IC. Officers will use proper 10-codes callouts, and identify suspects correctly.
To make sure All Officers follow proper rules. To make good relations with other orgs like SAHP, FIB, Government and other orgs. If they need any help provide.
Dedication to the org you're in. And finally to make RP fun for everyone to enjoy.
