- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I would like to leave the RP-life and become an administrator because I feel I could greatly benefit others better as an admin. I've always really enjoyed helping others better their experiences on Grand RP. My desire to become an admin stems from a genuine interest in contributing to the servers continued success and ensuring a fair and enjoyable environment for all. While I've really loved my time in the city, I feel I'm at a point where I can offer more value by helping to uphold the rules, assist new players, and resolve conflicts.
- What are your strengths? I believe my greatest strengths for an admin role are my calm and clear communication skills, especially when dealing with difficult situations. I'm able to remain objective and fair, even under pressure, which I believe is crucial for resolving player conflicts effectively. I also have a deep understanding of Grand RP's rules and guidelines from my time as a player, and I'm a natural problem-solver who enjoys finding equitable solutions. Lastly, I'm known for my patience and willingness to assist others.
- What are your weaknesses? One area I'm actively working on is my tendency to be overly self-critical. Sometimes, after handling a situation or making a decision, I'll spend too much time replaying it in my head, wondering if I could have done something better or said something differently. While this comes from a desire to always improve, I've learned it can sometimes slow down my efficiency or lead to unnecessary self-doubt. I'm addressing this by focusing on making the best decision I can with the information at hand, and once a decision is made, trusting my judgment and moving forward. I'm also learning to seek constructive feedback more proactively rather than dwelling on perceived mistakes internally.
- What skills can you bring to the admin team? I can bring a well crafted wealth of knowledge of RP to the table. I've spent most of my life RPing dating back to GTA:SA (SA-MP) days. Through this time spent, I've seen it all, and done it all!
I have RPed and administrated many servers along the way. I enjoy helping others learn so they can have the experiences that I, and many others have, or have had. - Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Yes.

- Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application? I want to reiterate my genuine commitment to Grand Roleplay.
