Ans -:The Three Reason that make me Apply for This Specific Organisation is-:
1-: I want to be Leader of SANG because National Guard Work is very different from other organisation and National Guard is having fun and Here the People Have not to be always on duty only on specific time and National guard is Pillar of City.
2-: When I was new in city 1 and 2 I first Join National Guard and. learn How to work in National Guard and After getting learn I always use to do fun with covering gates and other thing and National Guard is one is the organisation without this organisation cannot run so i am Thinking to lead The organisation
3-: National Guard is strength and Economic of city And Some people say National Guard is boring but if they learn the work properly so it have more fun than. Other organisation so I will try to change people thinking by taking leadership and making National Guard active

Ans-:Here will be my advice for San Andreas National Guard for improving Role playas Leader-:
1. As a Leader I will try no favouritism and Everyone get equal respect + rank according to their knowledge
2. No one should get strike for non sense reason and have maintain discipline in organisation
3. As a Leader of SANG I will try to Maintain Discipline and equal respect to every person and Will Give high command to the person who deserver
4. I will hire good hr and Training officer so people getting training should enjoy
5. I can promise that SANG will always covering gates and Will Make Crime side cry In FZ and other event and A Promotion ceremony help organisation to Run So I will Make sure Their should be Proper Promotion ceremony to the people who deserver
