I would like to bring this matter to your attention, as I am about to complete my LSPD 2nd term with 0 warnings, and I have also completed my 25 IC Events. However, some of them were rejected by Mike Wolfee due to insufficient attendance at the PR Event or repeated events.
From my side, my deputies and I gave our 100% to the city. We worked hard, tirelessly and gave more than 10 to 14 hours every day. I never got any full warning or did any violation. We never miss a single event, even if that event came in the middle of the night or 1 hour before tsunami. Where other orgs fail to attend, LSPD was always there and responding. I always completed all the requests and demands which were made by my curator; they never had a single complaint from my side. Even from my previous SAHP term, I had given the same performance and even achieved the Mikachu from SAHP.
But what is happening now is injustice, and this discourages me to the core; I am so disappointed to continue any more. If they had checked the events earlier and informed us all about it at that time, we would have a time to do more events. Events were pending from last month and they are getting checked at the last moment. I can understand that due to the busy schedule, delay can happen, but I asked them multiple times to check the event in case they get rejected. Now, I have only 4 days left, and events are getting rejected. I feel like I have wasted my 2 months and hard work, which I put into LSPD and for this city has gone wasted. For some events, I understand where the valid reason was given by Mike. I accepted it as that was completely our fault, where LSPD officers were not professional. but for others is not fair.
People not showing up for the event is not our fault, as we did put our 100% effort into the event, but sometimes people are not interested. Even for LR 1.9, we were struggling to bring people to be a part of the event.
But in En1, this is not the case. Even in En 1, there were some events where only 3 to 4 people showed up, and they still got approved. But in our case, they got rejected. We did our best in all the events. For Example, please check the below event from EN1, where a very low number of participants show up, but they were approved. So, in short, if people are not showing up for the event, it's not our fault. We can't force people to come and attend events

And there are several other events which I can also bring, but ours got rejected even though we had the same numbers or higher.

Secondly, some of our events got rejected because he said they are repeated. I asked Mike and curators about repeating an event, earlier before even starting an event, and they informed us, yes, we can, but at least give 7 to 10 days' gap, which we followed. You can ask my curators about this. Also, I haven't seen this in any of the rules and regulations you have posted for the IC event format.
Also, here in en3, my 2 events got rejected because they were repeated after 7 to 10 days.
But for the same, they were also approved in En1, even though they were repeated within 3 days.
Also, there are other examples of events which we were told we can't do, but they are getting approved in En1 and they are getting approved.
In the end, whatever your decision is, I rest my case here. I hope you will understand my frustration speaking here, as this is my last 2 months of sleepless nights, my hard work and dedication and all efforts I put to make my term successful and above all, no respect to any admin and I am not blaming anyone for this.
