First of all, I apologize if I did anything unknowingly. I don't think I did anything. I was suddenly banned and my game was shut down. My game froze and I couldn't move, probably because they were trying to rob me in the red zone. The sound was on. I couldn't control my computer. I think that's why. This is the only game I play. Could you please lift my ban? I love this game. I promise to read and follow the rules carefully. Thank you.
