I am leader black list on en1 and i was very old guy in this project from my knowledge en 1 is totally different city and en3 is totally different and I am not leader or admin blacklist on en3 and I talk with en 1 deputy chief admin ( Jonny odds) and he also clear I am LB ON EN1 not in en3.
