Dear Moderators, Greetings.

I would like to clarify my perspective on what happened, and I hope you can be tolerant of my words. I was using a laptop for work and did not have a PC. After a while, I bought a new one and switched to it. Due to work circumstances, I was absent from the platform for several months. Upon returning to the city, I found that I could not log in to my account. They found that there was a problem. When I contacted technical support, they told me that Mr. Adham had placed a ban on me.

I know that I made a mistake by not submitting a form to change my device to another one, and I know that the law is the law, but I ask that you kindly remove the ban and allow me to return to the city. I am ready to clear the funds. I thank you in advance for your efforts.
