Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 202341 will receive punishment for Using taser in Gun-fight
However, thread owner ID 207183 will receive punishment for Fail RP (Talking while dead)
FYI: Stun gun is only used for certain occasion. When you are in the middle of a direct on going gun fight it cannot be used. On the other hand, when you are dead for the last second you cannot talk as you are already dead and you should be play by it.
