Rejected Need unban from LSPD

i was banned from LSPD few weeks ago for admin disrespect and PG. I was on a enroute to a call, while i was going 2 suspects in a car hit me once making me fall out of the car, and hitting me the second time when i was out of the car. They were trolling me but still I tried to handle the situation calmly but i didn't know i was doing a little PG. when the admin came to me and jailed me I was so confused so i reacted in a different way that time in that pressure, so i please ask the administration team to forgive me and Unban me from LSPD for the last time. I always try to make the server better, so please give me a chance! trust me.
