Hi Admins, please see attached POV.

These guys saw me transporting caravan (they are not an enemy of my family) and tried to make me pull over while only having one car with 4 people rather than 2 cars. When i refused because I know this is not the rules, they then proceeded to car ram me and jump out and try to kill me. They asked what family I was in so that they could declare war to take the caravan.

Eventually they did manage to kill me and begun talking to me as I was dead asking me to tell them my family. So I told them my family and they said "quick declare war and flip the caravan" which is PG as I was unconscious and told them this information in Non-RP Chat in this separate clip (would only allow me to attach one link above) - Powergaming Clip

Both these clips are just the definition of Non-RP and its things like this that ruin the experience for everyone.

Hi all reading this. me and my family gave u demands to pull the caravan over and you ignored multiple times therefore we began blocking the mule to get you to stop. you mention us car ramming you even though u fail to provide evidence as the evidence will show u ramming my vehicle offroad multiple times and pushing me into barriers. if you can provide previous footage you will see we had 2 vehicles during 85% of the chase and 4 people { a BMW M2 And A BMW M5CS } at 1.49 on the you tube video provided above you will see the M2 sat on the down ramp coming onto the highway. my family members driving license ran out during chase and during the time you failed to stop and listen to our demands, therefore you have crossed Power gaming and Fear RP. if you had stopped when we had asked you multiple times we would've still had 2 vehicles therefore we didn't Break GR6.16 as we had the sufficient amount of cars and people at the time we was stopping the caravan and you failed to stop.

You say 85% of the chase were 2 vehicles but this video clip contains all of the chase other than when you first rammed me in the tunnel which is literally not even a hundred yards behind where I start rolling my bodycam, again only with one car. But you initially started chasing me in the tunnel just past the caravan place with all 4 people in one car. There was no second car at all when you first began the chase, therefore i dont have to pull over as that is the rules.

Provide your POV of more than one car. You had no reason to stop me as my family is not an enemy of yours, you then tried to bait me into telling you my family name so that you could declare war just to steal it. There was no Fear RP on my side, if there were 2 vehicles chasing me I would have pulled over, but there was only one from the moment i entered the tunnel til the moment you rammed me off the road and killed me.

I did not ram your vehicle, I was simply swerving to avoid you ramming me, it's not my fault that you kept aiming for me and therefore were knocked around from the back end of the Mule.

Provide your POV of 2 cars. Also unsure how I have done PG when all I was simply doing is avoiding you guys and trying to delivery a caravan, again, because only one car was there at the time you told me to pull over and stop (evident in the clip).

If admin denies because not enough POV that is fine, but I want your POV of 2 vehicles because there were not 2 vehicles at all in the chase, and especially not when you told me to pull over which is when you require 2 vehicles present.

Let the admin deal with the issue unless you have your POV, you can clearly see as I pass the M2 that there was no one in that vehicle and the vehicle was stationary, it is also facing the opposite way in which we were driving and is much further up the road from where you started chasing me in the tunnel. You then proceeded to chase me all the way down the highway telling me to pull over all in once vehicle, gave me UB demands and continued to ram me until you baited me into giving my family name.

There were 4 people in the chase, if the M2 was infact yours and a members license ran out, then they should have changed who was driving the car rather than all jumping into one car. A license expiring doesnt give you the right to break the rules and tell me to pull over with one vehicle only. And im quite certain that more than one of the 4 of you have a drivers license.

Yes, i did tell you my family name, but you said you didnt hear me which is why you carried on demanding I pull over. Saying "tell me your fam name or we shoot"...

the second video is clear where you say "whats ur fam name then" just proving that you didnt hear me.

The point is, you asked me, i replied in non rp chat, then you decided to declare war after finding out the info through non rp chat, so you commited powegaming, or you would have decalred war before that to justify you ramming me wouldnt you.

Yes, RDM may not work that way, but you need 2 people to make someone pull over regardless, so you did not have RP reason to kill me... read the rules.

Where is this in POV? I was typing in Non RP chat, not RP Chat... Post your POV buddy.

You can clearly hear the muffle of my mic on both of my clips and I did not say a word at any point and just continued with my RP task of transporting the caravan, because you were breaking rules and so I let it play out to post on forum.

Your POV doesnt meet one minute requirement, post full POV of where you first started chasing me and rammed me first instead of clipping 23 seconds of after you started following me from caravan marker.

You can also clearly see I was not swerving at you in your POV, i was following the curvature of the road so I didnt end up in the sand dune in the middle. Your friend was saying "put him in the dirt, put him in the dirt" , signalling to ram me off the road, of course im going to swerve to defend the caravan at all costs.

Okay Mixing, I get a mute, i said id take the punishment as you can clearly see on my second POV. You can clearly see in that POV that no demands were given, you said "apologise and we will leave you alone" and then started shooting

Whether you heard me and were testing me or not, you only declared war after me saying my fam name in Non RP chat, evident from my POV.

Like i said to the other guy, let admin deal with issue, they know the rules.

You've posted your POV as I requested and I respect that, even if you didnt post full situation of you ramming first, you have clearly shown that no demands were given before shooting and that you only had one car.

now leave the thread for admins to decide buddy.

Not a false accusation, said i noticed you were in discord call. Which you are, and doesnt mean deafened? I dont see the deafened icon near any names, probably on push to talk.

Again, wait for admin to make decision. Just pointing out more potential rule breaks.

Your video quality is poor and not HD so hard to see any icons near their name unfortunately. Again, why are you replying to this? You posted POV let admins sort punishment, if I get punished for mixing thats fine, but you already made the situation OOC by trying to make me pull over with only one car and doing RDM by saying "apologise and we will leave you alone" then proceeding to shred my armour off, saying to apologise (for nothing might I add) isnt classed as giving demands, your demands were given over a mile down the road and again were UB as you only had one car.

Also you cant say "trying to steal your caravan" because again, my family was not an enemy of yours until after this incident as seen in my final POV where I am dead, there are no red skulls above your head.

Again for the last time, we both have posted POV, the admins have POV from both sides so let them deal with the issue and leave it at that.
