Life Story:
> Kairo was born in the dusty streets of Uttarakhand, where he grew up watching crime reign the city and justice struggling to exist. It was nothing but dreams in his eyes and fire in his soul when Kairo said to himself, that he will get out of it all. He ran away at the age of 17 after he had to live in a broken home and went to join the FIB where he learned discipline, tactics and survival. Years later, after his service, he came back to Los Santos to see that it was even worse than he remembered it to be: gangs controlled the blocks, corruption was everywhere and everyone lived in fear. Kairo did not give up. He became an officer in police department of Los Santos and gained respect as a result of untiring service and courage. Kairo changed to be a source of justice, starting with eliminating wanted criminals to save innocent life. But streets never forget. Old foes were back at it and even new foes emerged. It is a war nowadays everyday not only against the crime but the system as well. The quest of Kairo is self-sacrifice, devotion, and indominable spirit. He decided to be a kind of light in a darkened city.
Outcomes:
Outcome 1. Kairo can offer to become a citizen hostage for 100k maximum and leo hostage for 100k maximum.
Outcome 2. Kairo can recognise anyone by their voice and Clothes. (Without breaking MG by looking at their ID).
Outcome 3. Kairo no fear of 2 guns, which means when people try to rob him, they need atleast 3 people pointing guns at him.
Outcome 4. Kairo can carry a hidden 24/7 radio
Outcome 5. Kairo can Fly a Heli in very Professional manner, can land Heli in congested areas or little hill because of Pilot Experience.
Outcome 6. Kairo can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads and cliffs without breaking any RP.
Outcome 7. If suspect refuses to cooperate after multiple lawful warnings, Kairo may use psychological pressure or intimidation tactics (within legal RP bounds)
Outcome 8. Kairo is taken as a hostage he knows how to escape from that Situation. He Always carry a lockpick set with him secretly & can unlock the door by using lock picks when he gets a chance & when the kidnappers aren’t paying attention to him.(Will show fear when needed)
Outcome 9. Kairo can pick up any weapon from the ground and use it for her own defense
Outcome 10. Kairo don't need to refresh his bodycam after respawn or Being sent to hospital as he have a hidden camera in his belt 24/7 which stays working.
