Rejected got banned for one hit

My player ID is 431979, and my name is Fenno_Jenkins. I was banned for "cr" because I went around some rocks and accidentally hit a car when it spawned. A second later, some guy got all mad at me, so I hit him ONCE and drove off. This got one of your mods really mad at me and banned me for two hours. I wasnt able to get the part where i acedantally hit him but i got some of it.
