Rejected someone crashed my heli on purpose

hello, when i was going to pick up a miners ticket, a player crashed my heli on purpose to stop me from taking it, and he caused me to stop working as i got stuck in somewhere far of the city with no vehicle. kindly take an action against him bcz this is not acceptable. thank you
