Rejected RDM + Fail RP | 44607

I was patrolling over highway I got one player over speeding I pulled over him and doing my RP another player suddenly jumps into situation for no reason and started shooting at me without demands on highway which can be considered as fail RP and RDM. and after killing me he started provoking me by saying ezz gov and mercy killed me.
