Rejected Wrongful 7-Day Ban for VDM + already got jail and warn.

so what happend was
So basically, I got jailed for 180 mins for doing VDM, and I also got a warn for it from Jason_Pluxury I accepted that, no problem. But after I came out of jail, suddenly I got bank for 7 days by admin Cayman_Panch, for the same reason just for that VDM case.
Now I’m confused, because VDM is usually just a warn , not a 7-day ban unless I had 3 warnings But this was my only warning, and I got double punished first jail + warn, and then a ban.
I feel this ban is unfair because it’s double punishment for the same thing I already served jail and got warned and then I got banned again. That doesnt make sense to me.
Please check this again because I think this was a mistake. I always respect server rules, and i wanted to clear this please ill also attach the forum for which i got vdm punishment: Approved - VDM + UB Parking of a helicopter | 281206
