-since im in the city i was being in gang for more than 1 year and x4 times deputy of gangs and leading the whole gang due abcense of leader this is a first time i go for leader and i wanna have sucssesfull gang for this time since its my first time and im sure i can do it and do my best to bring more ideas to sever and have a most active and crowded gang
-When I was in events such as store robberies, FZ raids, and clands, many people were arguing with each other about various things, and it ruined communication and togetherness. So, when I become a leader, I can make them listen to me and improve communication and togetherness Therefore, I truly want to become a leader of this specific organization
-My last reason to become leader of bloods because i have some ideas to make this gang on the next level. Ill make HC by taking interview so confirm that they are experienced and they know all rules. Also in my term ill give rank wisely so that no undeserving person gets a rank.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Spray profits will always be max because that’s one of the only ways gang members can make money so it's important for me and my members. Ghetto has been dead for ages but I want to change that by pushing our members to rob, find hostages and show off our red colours all day, no matter what timezone people are in. I believe in quality over quantity so I’ll reward the members who are really active and remove anyone who isn’t helping the gang
-Secondly I am Gonna be Very Active and Mainly at HQ and Ghetto when their are no Events, In this time i am Gonna teach new people how to Do Gang Activities like Robbing, Kidnapping and Stealing Cars so they can develop a good vibe with me and they feel its their own gang and they are the leaders so they work well and give their 100%;
-Metagaming powergaming and failrp should never be tolerated new members should receive guidance and experienced players can be assigned to mentor roles to help raise rp standards in the gang.(Like HC's with good knowledge
