Rejected Banned

I wasn't using any bugs, the POV is showing it but I never wantedly use the bugs.
Banning for a reason we don't even know isn't correct decision.

This crouch bug is a big issue for many players, Since even they don't click it.
By mistake if we press CTRL instead of shift it works suddenly and you guys just ban us for that.

Please do something on this bug from your side. Please don't go on ban players who play for long time on server and this small issues get us banned.
How can we take that ban as we aren't the cause for it.

+1 I know multiple people that just had to kill them selves cause the bug happens and it kinda ruins rp and the fun of fighting as if it happens to you you have to kys so you dont get banned doesnt make sense.
