Note: I have already made this same complaint before which got rejected Here
Now, i want to clarify it further.
So, i took the major threat task from darknet and was sitting inside my car. 2 people with a bugatti started ramming me and killed me on the spot without saying a word.
Since, a normal player does not record screen while he is just sitting in a car, I started recording when they rammed me as you can see my car is flying and thereafter 1 guy started shooting without saying anything, without asking my identity, without wearing any kind of Police gear and I end up being in jail once I died!!!!
Tell me, isnt it obvious that something is wrong here? Is there no possibility of any kind of Fail rp/RDM?
I think there is, and thats why I requested the arrest POV.
Now, before you reject this forum like the last guy saying I have to provide the full POV, I would like to remind you that it is the responsibility of the arresting officer to have the full POV of any arrest/confiscation, so that later on it can be provided in case of possible rulebreak just like this forum.
The burden of proof is on the arresting officer , not on the forum owner.
The forum owner could only provide enough evidence to raise suspicion on the arrest and rest will be dicided from the POV of arresting officer.
If in circled events any individual can request the full POV.of his opponent just by providing 5 seconds of clip of him dying to that man, why cant I req a arrest POV.
Just imagine, tomorrow, any LEO will arrest anybody and confiscate any car they see, and you guys will reject forums saying, provide full POV. And if the forum owner have to provide pov why would you request arrest POV in the first place! Whats the point then!!!
