Hello, good day. First of all, I started playing this game on August 23, 2022. I lost access to my computer and account due to the earthquake in Türkiye. I didn't know accounts were suspended, so I created a new account with the same email address. I later learned that account suspensions can be lifted again. I want to log in to my old account. I created an account recovery form, but since no administrator was looking at it, I filed a complaint. Could you please help?
