Dear Administration Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to respectfully address the recent rejection of my report. I understand and fully respect the importance of maintaining the integrity of video evidence; however, I would like to kindly provide further context to support my case.
In the POV I submitted, there was a brief moment where I experienced a technical issue that caused me to tab out of the game (a crash or momentary freeze). I want to emphasize that during that specific timeframe, no rules were broken. The gameplay remained within the server guidelines, and nothing that would constitute a violation occurred during or because of that short interruption.
Moreover, I took care to include in my report a full 15-minute bodycam footage, uncut and time-stamped, clearly pointing to the section where an actual rule breach occurred by other players. I also explained the situation thoroughly in the description, making sure the relevant part of the footage was properly highlighted for review.
I understand the policy regarding edited POVs, and I want to assure you that the video I submitted was not manipulated to hide any wrongdoing—quite the contrary, it was intended to be transparent and helpful in identifying a breach of rules that directly impacted my RP experience.
With all due respect, I kindly ask you to reconsider the decision, or at least to allow a secondary review of the footage, alongside a check of logs if necessary.
Thank you for your time, fairness, and continued effort to maintain a high standard in the server.
Respectfully,
