So i posted a Application to become a Admin and Mr. Trent Hayes picked that application firstly he rejected it and said i don't have experience in the EN03 Server and exactly after 9 mins he re opened my application again then he select me for my interview. after my interview he told me i will get my answer on forums. after nearly 12hrs i messaged him for my result then he told me wait for the final verdict. Then after 1 days i messaged him for the same reason he told me don't spam and So after 1 day Mr. Taco messaged me to join private 2 but i was not available at that time so the next day he told me to contact Shisui so as he said i messaged him and the Shisui told me to join private 1 so i joined and i got pc checked by taco and Shisui and they also used cmd in that after my pc check they told me that i can leave for now.

After few hours Trent Hayes rejected my application in that he said Not currently looking for admins with your specifications.
so i want to know want kind of specifications they want and why they took my interview and 2nd Pc check.
