I posted a complaint against a player for OOC insults (called me a bitch in an OOC event). Which falls under General Rules 3.1 (Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.) The guy even went ahead and posted his own POV which shows him insulting at the event but for some reason my complaint was denied.

I do not believe that "Bitch" is an OOC insult regardless if the event is OOC. An OOC insult would be insulting parents, uncles, sisters, using restricted words, etc.

An insult in an OOC event does not necessarily mean it is an OOC insult.
