Yes, this is what we wanted to see. Do you know why the first mistake? I arrested the wrong person, and this means that you do not have the right. This is what I have. Not trying to be toxic, but he had every right to move to arrest you at this point. He is an LEO and you sat there punching him for no reason. He made the mistake of cuffing the wrong person, but everything he did in here he had every right to do. Even in some areas where he could not see you, you wore the same outfit during the entire situation in his bodycam. The moment you punched him gave him reason to arrest you especially since you pushed him first, punched him, he said he was placing you in cuffs and you ran away.

Not off topic, not toxicity, just stating facts in regards to the pov provided

Look at how nice this dude is. Because you were upset, he offered you a way to handle the situation ICly. He offered you compensation out of his own pocket so that there would be no hard feelings between you and FIB. Ya know most people have the respect that if there is a situation on forums, if there is a possibility to handle it ICly, than they try to do so. Dont bring him into the situation though, you clearly dont want to handle it ICly and I did nothing wrong in my pov and stop the toxicity. Dont take people's kindness for weakness he was being so nice about the situation. Wait for the admin to decide, my pov has been posted
