Third part evidence
1. For GZ 1.1, he was not shooting at you, so only the person who was killed by him can report. If he shot you once, you can also report.
2. Regarding the CL part, you ran into him without saying a word, and after he left the game, you pulled out your Taser. He did not leave the RP situation.
