Hello Lebron,

I'm not writing this for my unban appeal. I accept that I was extremely rude towards the curators and that was out of line. My frustration stemmed from repeated OOC interference in IC matters, which I had never addressed properly before. Moreover, I was angry as cause of GRP, my IRL relationship was not going well.

However, I want to raise a genuine concern regarding EN3. The level of IC involvement by curators has been increasing noticeably. For example, they are actively interfering with ranks like 27, 26, and 25 when as per structure, only rank 29 (Deputy) should be under their interference according to the rules. This limitation was set back in 2023 by Raymond Bishop.

They're also issuing verbals or warnings based on LR 2.4 if leaders don't follow these so called "requirements".. Even hiring procedures are being micromanaged requiring hiring POVs, and issuing verbals if they aren’t provided. It's clearly an IC matter. It's kind of same as there was a rule of Org Hopping a few years back. It was like that if we join more than 2 organizations in a week, we will receive a warn by admins.

I understand the curators job is to maintain structure, but this feels like it's crossing into areas beyond their intended role. These actions may seem small now, but if left unchecked, they could create bigger issues for future leaders and disrupt organizational autonomy.

I genuinely hope you can look into this and help bring more clarity and balance to the curator’s scope of responsibilities.

Thanks, and have a nice day ahead.

Regarding senior forcing to record interview, it was discussed and this is fully IC and no OOC rules.
Regarding senior forcing you to remove HCS, he made correct decision as you had 30+ people as HC which is very unrealistic but if you had normal amount of HC then senior would have not interfered.

So far those are the only 2 issues youve mentioned which ive answered other than that senior have made correct decision.
