He had me for so much time in hands and he was loosing all my time, tried to run away handcuff me from 20meters
( he admitted that he did PG in the chat by himself also he did complaint on me for 6.2 i finished by leaving since he was taking a day to jail me and i got my sanction )

You did GR 3.1 Aswell as itsnot rulebreak for me cause the script allow me to cuff you ( If you were far away i wouldn't have been able to cuff you ) it doesnt matter if I cuffed from 20 meters or no cause the script allowed it already

fail rp u didnt say u gna handcuff me also yes it matters irl can u handcuff from this far away? and u have been with me in the car for 15mn doing nothing istg all u did is waste my time
