In this forum I complained about MK where Mr. Bob Hill mercy killed 1 guy that was not necessary. He could have, or maybe another LEO could have, arrested him also.
But Mr. Zaid Pluxury rejected my forum saying "no description."
I already mentioned in the title: MK | 113011
And it's a simple rule break where there's no need for any description — you can clearly see the whole situation in the POV.
