This officer tries to speedrun arresting me in the middle of an active fight (because he knows me and is a fan). When he started being shot at he started running with me instead of stopping to drag me first. I even offered him OOCly to not take it to the forums and just let me go but since he knows me and really wants to arrest me he didn't want to take this deal. SoI figured now we can both be in jail together

This doesn't need volume to prove what you did. I reported plenty of people like this already and it's always been fine.
