1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve really enjoyed my time in RP — it’s helped me grow, connect with people, and understand how the city works from both the crime and state sides. But now, I feel ready to take on a bigger responsibility. I want to become an admin because I genuinely care about the community and want to help improve the overall experience for everyone.
Leaving RP-life isn’t about being bored of it — it’s about stepping up and supporting the city in a different way. As an admin, I’d be able to ensure fairness, assist new and existing players, and help maintain the quality and vibe of the server that made me enjoy RP in the first place.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)

3. What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are communication, patience, and fairness. I’m someone who listens before reacting, which is important when handling reports or conflicts. I stay calm under pressure, and I don’t let personal bias affect my decisions. I’m also familiar with the rules and server mechanics from both crime and state perspectives, so I can understand different situations clearly.
On top of that, I’m active, approachable, and always willing to help — whether it’s guiding new players or assisting others in tough situations. I believe in keeping the community fun, fair, and respectful.
4. What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes take on too much responsibility at once because I genuinely want to help everyone. I’ve learned over time that it’s important to balance tasks and not stretch myself too thin, especially in a role like admin where decisions affect the whole community.
Another area I’ve been working on is delegating — I used to feel like I had to handle everything myself, but now I understand the value of teamwork and trusting others to help get things done efficiently.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring a mix of in-city experience, clear communication, and a calm mindset to the admin team. Since I’ve been active on both the crime and state sides, I understand how players think and what kind of support they need. I’m good at handling reports fairly, staying neutral, and making quick decisions without rushing.
I also have strong problem-solving skills, patience when dealing with tough situations, and I’m active and responsive — whether it’s in-game or through Discord. On top of that, I stay updated with server rules, and I’m confident in explaining or enforcing them without creating conflict.
Most importantly, I bring a mindset of teamwork, respect, and always putting the community first. Also i have experience 2 years in fivem community servers as a admin and administrator and a vehicle developer
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I dont have any business at the moment.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
I do have exams coming up, so my activity might be slightly reduced for a short period. However, I’m managing my time well and still able to stay active consistently. I believe in balancing responsibilities, and once exams are over, I’ll be fully available and even more active. I just wanted to be transparent about it upfront.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Yes — I’d like to mention that I have previous admin experience, which taught me how to handle reports fairly, communicate with players respectfully, and manage situations calmly even under pressure. I’m already familiar with the responsibilities that come with the role, including rule enforcement, conflict resolution, and keeping the community environment positive.
I’m not applying just for the title — I genuinely want to support the server and help it grow. I care about the players and the experience we’re all part of, and I’m confident I can bring value to the team from day one. I’m also open to feedback and always looking to improve
