Life Story:
She lost her father before she was even born, and was raised by her mother alone. But tragedy struck again when her mother was killed in a hit-and-run accident by a drunk police officer. The incident happened on a walkway her mother died instantly at the scene. The officer, trying to cover up his crime, attempted to destroy the evidence. But River White who was highly educated and determined, had just started her career as a lawyer with the Department of Justice. She never forgot the day her mother was taken from her. she opened the case herself and fought hard to bring the truth to light. But despite her efforts the case was dismissed by the Supreme Court of Justice due to a lack of valid evidence. Refusing to give up River left the DOJ and joined EMS, hoping to save lives and help others. But even there she dont get the respect for her work. so she left EMS and joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol where at last she earned the respect she deserved. Still no matter how far she’s come River White has never forgotten the man who took her mother away and the justice that was never served.

River White joined DOJ first served as state atternoy later she joined in ems to save the citizens but no respect was given to her work so she left it and joined sahp where her career started as trooper 1 and now serving as dhod of Hwp for her hard work, she worked in all the department IA , HRT , HWP , PR , SWAT, Still she dont forgot her mother and river white always look up for the police officer where its day and night , untill she find him and take the revenge on him. before she was in doj she always take cases on leos but everything always be invaild cuz they always destroy the evidence. River White has never given up. And she never will not until the man who stole her mother’s life pays for what he did.
Outcomes:
1- River can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request, and refuse to show any type of ID.,
2- River can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /me destroys it, 2 times per situation)
3- River is able to use/sell/buy/trade illegal/legal weapons and items from others, Black Market, Dark Net, and sell classified information. (no org weapons, IC only)
4- River can take contracts or start random prison breaks. (with Dark net task or using USB 1 time daily).,
5- River can accept bribes (up to $100k) in exchange for dropping cases or releasing individuals.
6- River can intimidate, threaten, or mildly torture suspects who resist giving intel (with valid RP; no death)
