As you can see in my POV I arrive back at my family house to this person shooting and killing my family members, to which he then proceeds to kill Myself and more family members and speak profanities towards myself while i was dead.

You was not even at the situation and you just came and start shooting at me, you are the one who did RDM and what I did is in my 'Self defence' About the toxicity part, it's all IC.
